Tina Jennings-Harriot is a student in the Master of Science in Management and Organizational Leadership (MSMOL) program at Albertus Magnus College. During the COVID-19 Pandemic, Tina continues to work on the front lines at Yale New Haven Health as a guest services manager. Hear her perspective on the immediate real-world applications of her degree.

“I’m excited to say that I’ve just completed the requirements in earning my Master of Science in Management and Organizational Leadership. I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for creating such a relevant program. Who knew when I began the program that we were going to be facing a national pandemic.”

“That said, the classes like ‘Critical Thinking and Decision Making’, ‘Organizational Behavior’, ‘ Human Resource Management in a Changing Environment’, and ‘Servant Leadership’ more than prepared me to lead a front line team that is not just surviving, but thriving in organized chaos. I wish you all well, stay safe!”
