Growing Through the MSCC Program: Elisa Rodriguez ’07, ’22, ’24, ’27

I am currently enrolled in the Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Albertus Magnus College and will be entering my final year this fall.

My experience in the program has been extremely positive, and I have found the college to offer a wide range of valuable academic and student support services. The library provides excellent resources, including access to the Writing Center, where students can receive assistance with academic writing and coursework. In addition, IT support services are readily available to help students navigate technical issues and access online platforms and course materials.

The professors have also been incredibly supportive, consistently offering guidance, encouragement, and mentorship throughout my time in the program.

One of the most meaningful parts of my experience recently was collaborating with a fellow student on a research project that we presented during Experiential Learning Day. This opportunity allowed me to further develop my research, presentation, and collaboration skills in a supportive academic environment.

Overall, I believe Albertus Magnus College offers students a strong foundation for both academic and professional growth. I am grateful for the support and opportunities I’ve received at Albertus and look forward to beginning my final year in the program.
