Mohun Musings – Centennial Newsletter
The following article appeared in the Centennial Newsletter on August 4th, 2025.
As we resume activity on campus for the 2025-2026 academic year, it is hard to believe that we are almost exactly one month away from our Centennial Celebrations!
The Centennial Committee is working hard to bring you many exciting events and activities to celebrate our 100th year. You might say, we’re busy as bees! In all of our buzzing about however, Mother Mohun reminds us to focus on the bees and not to become a wasp:
“Remember ‘The Bee and the Wasp’? Both feed on nectar from flowers. The wasp stings; within the bee, the nectar is converted into honey. Try to give the best you have and get the best from others. Don’t be a wasp.”
What sweet activities await in our 100th year? You will just have to wait and see! The college is certainly set a-buzz with excitement for our 100th anniversary!
