Bringing the Spirit of Preaching Back to Albertus

Dear Albertus Community, 

We did it!! 

Our class finished our Courage to Preach class at Boston College School of Theology and Ministry!

What an awesome 2 weeks of supporting each other in our preaching ministry. Some of my classmates minister in colleges, hospitals, high schools, parishes and religious orders. We are now ready to bring our new knowledge back to our home institutions to help pass on good practices in preaching. 

I’m very excited to get back to Albertus and begin working with our new student preachers who will begin preaching at weekday mass on campus this fall.

I did find some time to enjoy the beautiful weather we had in Boston and all the amazing historic sites that Boston has to offer. 

I’m heading off for my yearly retreat and I will hold you all in prayer until we see each other again in a few weeks.
